Kia News

Spring is here and exciting to see longer days with daylight savings starting this weekend!

In the Kia World we are seeing design enhancements and new models being launched by Kia, now and over the next few years. Last year we had the new Sportage Gen5 launch in both diesel and petrol models.  The anticipated “World Car of the Year,” “Red Dot Car of the Year,” the new EV6 launched this year to acclaim.

We were blessed that the EV6 launch orders arrived earlier than anticipated, so we have very happy customers driving around loving the change to electric, taking up the Government Clean Car rebates. The EV6 has two models that qualify for the subsidy, for information and pricing visit EV6 · Movement that inspires (kia.co.nz).

Early next year we see the launch of the EV6 GT which has the world talking, if you would like a printed information pack sent out then let me know or visit EV6 GT 2022 pre-registration · Movement that inspires (kia.co.nz).

We’ve had the latest new model Niro, in hybrid demonstration model arrive, also available to order in PHEV and Electric models.

If you are looking to the future and thinking of trading into a Hybrid, PHEV or Electric, then the new Niro would be well worth considering with its fuel consumption stats. You can read about this new model here on our blog, All New Kia Niro, however, there is a $1000 to $4000 price increase in this range, come 1st October, so you’re welcome to come and test drive.

In other news, we have added a free EV charger outside our Levin Kia branch for clients to use anytime.

Let us know if you are looking to upgrade or needing any further information, needing a WOF or service, we are always happy to help.
