What you can expect under Level 2

Contact tracing
  • To view our vehicle stock or enter our premises we need to obtain your details for contact tracing purposes only.
  • This information is collected for the sole purpose of providing to the Ministry of Health in the event there is a potential risk to your health with exposure to Covid-19.
  • This information will not be used to market you, or contact you in regards to a sales opportunity unless you have specifically agreed to a staff member contacting you in relation to your enquiry with our business.
Social Distancing - you are now welcome to enter our premises and car yard however
  • Staff are required to maintain two meter distance from customers at all times
  • When coming to our service centre you will be required to stand back from the front counter and maintain this distance
  • You will be requested to sanitise your hands

Contactless test-drives and service vehicle collections
We are happy to accommodate more than just the minimum requirement under level 2 restrictions.
If you would like to do a contactless test-drive or book your car for a service and would like to remain at your home we can arrange this for you so you do not have to have any contact with the dealership or staff directly.

Covid-19 Contactless Policies and Procedures
- Our staff have been provided with a clearly documented Policies and Procedures Manual and have demonstrated their understanding of this prior to returning to the workplace.
We think it is important that our customers see what measures we have in place to ensure we do our bit to stop the spread of Covid-19 whilst commencing trade again.
You can be assured that we are operating under very strict conditions to mitigate any chance of contributing to the spread of Covid-19.
As such below you will find a copy of our Policies and Procedures manual for your review.

​Some key features include:

Stringent cleaning and sanitation standards of the dealership, including:
- The application of disinfectant to all dealership touch-points. This includes vehicles, service centre and workshop, offices, payment terminals, phones, furniture and toilets.

- Sanitisation of all vehicle touch points after we've collected your vehicle and before handing it back. This includes keys, outside door handles, driver's inside door handle, steering wheel, indicator switch, wiper control switch, gear lever, handbrake, driver's seat belt and buckle, window control switches and bonnet release cable.

- Cleaning logs are kept of all vehicles that are serviced and test-driven and kept in a central digitalized location and noted on the vehicle to ensure this information is available to staff at all times.

- The use of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whilst working on your vehicle. This includes the wearing of gloves. All staff will be trained on the correct use of cleaners and PPE prior to their return to our workplace

- After servicing your vehicle, it will be washed and sanitized and returned to you.

Contact tracing:
- Digitally collecting contact details from all visitors/customer interactions at our dealership site or pre arranged drop off/pick up zone to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines, including the storage of that information in a centralised contact register.

Social distancing:
- Maintaining social distancing amongst our dealership teams when they're at work.
- Social distancing at drop off and pick up ensuring a minimum 2 metre distance is kept between you and our staff
